Oscar Flores

Dancer, choreographer, and international dance teacher from Argentina.

Member of CID UNESCO. Director of OF School, a dance school that offers international certification through CID UNESCO.

He currently resides in Barcelona, Spain, where he leads his oriental dance company Alkimiah and produces various national and international shows.

He is the creator and director of the dance musical Simbad the Sailor, which premiered in 2023.

He also serves as the artistic director of the ODM International Dance Festival, as well as the founder and director of the National Oriental Dance Championship in Spain.

At this event, we celebrate his 30-year artistic career.

Pili Rubi

Pili Rubi is an Argentine teacher and dancer specialized in oriental dances such as belly dance and Bollywood. She is also a certified yoga instructor, accredited by Yoga Alliance. A talented artist and performer, she is known for her vibrant energy, creativity, and ability to captivate audiences of all ages.

Coming from a rich and diverse artistic background, Pili blends multicultural influences to create unique performances that combine dance, theater, music, and storytelling.

Pili Rubi aims to spark curiosity, celebrate cultural diversity, and create moments of wonder for all kinds of audiences. Her performances are an invitation to dream, to dance, and to connect with others through art.

Now based in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in the southwest of France, she continues to share her passion by offering shows and workshops around the world, leaving an unforgettable impression on the hearts of her audiences. She also runs her association «Surya», which has over 100 students, contributing to the growth and transmission of oriental arts and yoga.

Aliah

Aliah – international professional bellydance dancer, teacher of educational workshops at many festivals in Europe, Latin America (Argentina), Asia (China, Japan). Jury member of prestigious international competitions, organizer of her own festivals in Poland «Dance Weekend in Warsaw» and “Open Bellydance Championship”. Founder and choreographer in Aliah Team studio in Warsaw.
In addition to dance activities, Aliah is engaged in the creation and sewing of unique bellydance outfits, training clothes and accessories. Her on-line shop: www.aliah.fashion

Kuni

Is an Internationally recognised Award winning belly dancer, based in Tokyo, Japan.

Her dance career started when she was a university student as a ballroom Latin dancer.
She was fascinated by the art of belly dance and started the new genre in 2012.
KUNI’s artistry has developed over many years of study domestically and internationally, yet continuously evolving today.

With her basic skills of Latin ballroom dance, her dance style is one and only.

Her strength is Latin fusion bellydance, yet she continues to study oriental dance with Oscar Flores.
Her teaching method is also very popular in Japan. It is logical, academic and passionate; it brings new level of learning experience.
With her energetic personality, she has become one of the most evolving dancers of young generation of bellydance world in Japan today.  
Her first international stage was in 2015 at the Dance For Unity event in China.

In 2016, she was assigned to be a leader of the oriental dance troupe “Touch the feeling of Oscar Flores” for The ONE festival in Japan.

In 2017, she was selected to join in “Oscar Dream Team”, which she successfully performed at the Oriental Dance Meeting festival in Barcelona, Spain. In this very same festival, she became a winner in two categories; professional oriental solo, and fusion solo. With these remarkable results, she was invited to the following year’s festival as a master teacher.

Samantha Diaz

Samantha Diaz, originally from Peru and now based in New York City, is an international dancer, choreographer, and producer recognized for her distinctive World Fusion Belly Dance style. 

Her art blends the elegance of belly dance with Latin rhythms, contemporary movement, and global influences, creating powerful and expressive performances.

With over 20 years of experience, she has performed and taught across the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia. Samantha is the founder of Dance Soul Entertainment and director of the Orlando Belly Dance Convention and the New York Belly Dance Festival, two of the leading cultural dance events in the U.S. Known for her resilience and inspiring journey, she continues to build community through her artistry, empowering audiences and dancers worldwide.

Paola M. Gallia

Teacher and dancer of Middle Eastern and Arabic dances.
Judge, choreographer, and urban dance performer (waacking, femme, dancehall and others) from Plottier, Neuquén, Argentina. Certified in Ceremonial, Protocol and Event Organization.

She began her journey in this discipline in the year 2000, with a foundation acquired in childhood through Classical and Spanish Dances.
Graduate teacher from OF Studio under the guidance of the great and renowned international master and dancer Oscar Flores (Buenos Aires, 2014), with whom she continues to train and collaborate constantly.
Currently, she directs her own school in Plottier, Neuquén, Argentina (“+ q Danza”), which follows a study program endorsed and examined by Maestro Oscar Flores, providing private certifications. She also directs the Oriental and Fusion Dance Ballet of “Más Que Danza.”
She has organized several international events, including the “Gala Show of Arabic Music and Dance in Neuquén,” which has already celebrated 12 editions, as well as many other artistic gatherings with masters of various dance styles.
Professional Belly Dancer with knowledge in different styles such as: Classical Dance, Pop, Femme Style, Waacking, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Flexibility, Tango, and Hip Hop, which allows her to create diverse and innovative fusions.
Beyond Argentina, she has participated as a teacher, judge, and dancer in numerous festivals in: Italy (Rome, Palermo), France, Spain (Barcelona, Sitges, Gijón, Madrid), Ireland, the United States (Orlando and Miami), Chile, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic, among others.

Paola

Najma Asani

Najma Asani, stage name of Professor Paola Sguerrini, is an accomplished Italian dancer, choreographer, and scholar specializing in oriental dance since 1997. With a foundation in classical, modern, and jazz dance, she studied with renowned Egyptian and international masters and graduated from the Centre Artistique Zaza in Paris.

She has traveled extensively across the Arab world to immerse herself in the cultural roots of oriental dance. Drawing on her background in yoga, theater, and music, she developed her own teaching method and founded the Asani Center in 2004—Marche region’s first school dedicated to oriental dance.

Najma has performed in prestigious venues, television programs, and international festivals alongside artists such as Pavarotti, Claudio Baglioni, and Oscar Flores. Her theatrical works—many blending dance, acting, live music, and singing—include original musicals like Cleopatra’s Dream, Zenobia, Mata Hari, and La bella Otero.

A passionate educator, she teaches Italian, Latin, and oriental dance, and authored The Book of Oriental Dance (2021), a comprehensive study of the art form. She has also explored Indian classical and Bollywood dance, performing and teaching in India and Egypt.

Najma continues her artistic and educational work through live and online classes, performances, and theatrical productions in San Benedetto del Tronto and internationally.
